  • Please keep in mind all appointments are made just for you.

    This means my time has been blocked off and no one else can book there. Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. This allows another person to take your place. Last minute cancellations are very hard to fill.

    A card must be left on file and is required to hold your appointment

  • No-Show:

    This is when someone doesn’t show up to their appointment and does not make any attempt to let the provider know they cannot make it. No-Shows will be charged 100% of the service(s) missed.

  • Rescheduling and Cancellations:

    I ask for 24 hours notice when rescheduling or if you need to cancel. Anything less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked.

  • Late Arrivals & Tardiness:

    Appointments are extremely time sensitive and I like to be prompt. I will not make another client who was on time wait because of tardiness. I have a 6 minute grace period if you are late. You must be in the suite by the 7 minute mark or you will be rescheduled and charged 50% of the service(s) booked.
